Dot peen marking station for engine blocks

Customer's need

Complete dot peen marking station adapted to different engine blocks. Safety box with wire netting. System for holding in position of the pallet with two adjustable fasteners. Control of 4 digital axis.

Machine cycle: Move the trolley and the pallet until the marking machine. Transfer of the pallet with engine block thanks to a ball plate. Held in position by two adjustable fasteners.
Movement of the marking machine (4 axis + Autosensing system), marking, reading Datamatrix code.
