Dot peen marking of tubes
Customer's need
The customer would like to mark several products from their range, all cylindrical. These are mainly valves and Ducts for fluid control. The workstation should not exceed 75 decibels, provided that the part to be marked doesn’t resonate during the cycle.
Advantages/ Summary
The system consists of a p62 portable machine, a column, a movable rotational D axis and a tailstock that allows different sizes of parts.
