Customer's need

The company wanted to mark alphanumeric code and Data Matrix on aluminum turbo-compressor. To respect the given rate, the marking shall be less than 15 s. The marking must be verified before the parts are evacuated from the system to mark the next piece. 

Advantages/ Summary

The marking is composed of a datamatrix and an alphanumeric code. The system is a XL-Box (standard) with a camera

 
Machine cycle: The operator places the piece in the space provided and presses the button to close the door. The marking is made in the time specified, once the code marked is verified by the camera. If the marking is good, the door opens automatically; if not, it remains closed and is released only by key or digital code.
