Customer's need

The customer would like to change the existing marking equipment and equip the production line with 2 lasers to mark guide rails. Marking components will be: logo + information related to the product and production. The system must operate 260 days per year and produce 1000 markings per day. Marking time = 2.5s 

Advantages/ Summary

The system consists of two i103 L-G lasers integrated to a safety perimeter, and a conveyor with a pallet on which are laid the rails. The first laser is mounted on an X axis (stroke 400mm) and the second on a Z axis (stroke 400mm).
