Customer's need

The customer would like to integrate an independent marking station between two existing machines to mark blades from 0.8 to 1 mm thick and of maximum 25 mm width. 

Advantages/ Summary

The system consists of an i103 L-G laser integrated in a large protective box with a guillotine door. The galvanometric head is fixed on a rail to allow the adjustment of the X position. Each product needs a particular marking position.

 

Machine cycle: The blades follow each other on a guide rail. The marking is done blade by blade, the blade enters in the box and then stops. The marking cycle starts. At the end of the marking cycle, the blade is removed and another arrives.
