Laser marking system for various automotive parts

Application

The customer would like to mark using laser technology various automotive parts, including long format tubes. Marking will be alphanumeric as well as datamatrix codes.

Marking solution

This laser marking system is an autonomous manual machine which includes a laser control unit, a galvanometric marking head, a button box, an extraction and filtration system, a D axis and a laser emission secured box (XLBOX).
The cycle launch is done using the button box. A laser radiation proof side opening allows to mark long parts (use for max diameter: 50 mm). Tubes are clamped to the D axis for marking on circumference. A second opening on the bottom table makes it possible to mark parts larger than the box.
