Laser marking on turned parts

Application:

The customer works in the sector of industrial subcontracting. In a workshop of production of high precision parts, he wishes to set up a traceability system. The workstation will require good ergonomics for an operator to mark more or less important parts.

Customer Focus:

The system consists of a L-Box laser and a chassis on wheels to make the marking station moveable. The operator can work comfortably with storage shelves on either side of the box. It is also equipped with a loading / unloading part tray for improved productivity and a D axis for cylindrical parts.
