Customer's need

The customer would like to integrate a laser marking workstation on a production line. A reading system will be associated to scan and save data in a database. 

Advantages/ Summary

The system consists of an i103 LG laser with a camera that reads 2D Datamatrix codes. Content of marking programs (XML files):

  • Laser marking file
  • Data matrix reading standard
  • Integration parameters 

Daily backup of images per folder with an adjustable time. File naming: date_hour_datamatrix_grade.bmp
