Laser marking of prices on watch supports
Customer's need
The customer wished to mark the price of watches on the display by laser. The cycle time for marking has to be quite brief (a few seconds per display).
Advantages/ Summary
The system is composed of an i103 L-G integrated in a rotary swing plate.
Machine cycle: The "turnstile" is loaded by watch and rotates continuously in cycles at a frequency determined by the time of laser marking on the display. Once marked, they are removed from the turnstile and so on. The cycle time is about 3s.
