The customer would like to mark car parts (turbo). The marking pace will be relatively important. The entire system must be installed on a chassis having 800x1200mm maximum footprint. Of course, the laser system must be equipped with all the security required for the use of the station.
For reasons of flexibility, the system will accept diverse fittings allowing the recognition of the part and its detection. All data should be available for external communication with external controllers (PLCs, various machines).
The system consists of a XL-Box laser with a digital Z axis driven by software, an identification system to check the Data matrix code.
