Marking on chain links

Application

Marking of chain links for power transmission on heavy duty vehicles. The parts should be transported on conveyor belts. They are heavy and are manufactured from high resistance hardened steel.

Marking solution

Since the elements to be marked are never positioned in the same way, the choosen solution is a portable marking system equipped with a magnetic clamping option. This option avoids any interfering movements of the operator during the marking phase.

Result

The marking carried out is an alphanumeric code.
