Dot peen marking for plates

Application

The Aude department would like to identify all trees located along the roads of the department. The customer needs a fast and mobile traceability solution to mark references on aluminum plates that will be attached to the trees.

Marking Solution

The e-mark marking gun allows total mobility since it works on battery. Custom tooling has been added on the front plate of the gun so that the marking plates can be easily clamped.
The machine operates as follow:

• Loosen the tool slightly and slide the plate in from above
• Tighten the tool with the wheel and start the marking cycle
• Loosen the tool to remove the plate upwards
