Marking on seals

Customer's need

The customer wishes to mark his full product range and replace an existing equipment. He manufactures seals of all sizes. The marking can be done along sides or on the top of the part. The system must meet certain criteria related to health and safety standards. 

Advantages/ Summary

The system is composed of a c303 column with a specific column that allows a 180° rotation. Thus, some of the parts can be marked on the working area (up to diameter 270mm) and the other parts (diameter above 270mm) are placed at the back of the machine, where specific tools are set up. A soundproof box eases noise for the operator’s comfort.  

Solution

• Marking of the seals (diameter maxi 270mm) in the soundproof box
• Alphanumeric marking of the reference of the part along sides or on the top
